Complaints
We are legally required to provide you with the following information;
If a parent has a complaint about the nursery, or any aspect of the care their child receives the following procedure should be followed;
The complaint should be raised verbally with the Nursery manager or senior nursery nurse. If the situation is not dealt with to your satisfaction, an official complaint should be put in writing to the nursery manager, who will arrange to meet with you in person at your earliest convenience.
In the unlikely event that the matter has not been resolved you are to submit your complaint in writing to:
